Use Authentic Timer for your personal productivity and work focus sessions.
Team & Educational Use
Share Authentic Timer with your team or use it in educational settings.
Reasonable Access
Use our service as intended - for focus sessions, productivity tracking, and mindful work.
What You Can't Do
Abuse or Overload
Don't try to break, overload, or interfere with our service.
Reverse Engineering
Don't attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or recreate our service.
Harmful Content
Don't use our service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
Premium Features
Some features require a premium subscription. Premium features are clearly marked in the app.
Premium subscriptions are billed as stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Early Bird users receive lifetime premium access as a thank you for supporting us during development.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Authentic Timer available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down for maintenance or updates.
We're not liable for any downtime, but we'll do our best to minimize disruptions and communicate any planned maintenance in advance.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated terms and update the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of Authentic Timer after changes means you accept the new terms.
Limitation of Liability
Authentic Timer is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue occurred.
