Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials.
• Please provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.
• Each person should have only one account. Don't create multiple accounts to abuse our service.

How You Can Use Our Service

• Use Authentic Timer for your personal productivity and work focus sessions.
• Share Authentic Timer with your team or use it in educational settings.
• Use our service as intended — for focus sessions, productivity tracking, and mindful work.

What You Can't Do

• Don't try to break, overload, or interfere with our service.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or recreate our service.
• Don't use our service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.

Premium Features

Some features require a premium subscription. Premium features are clearly marked in the app. Premium subscriptions are billed as stated at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Accounts created before 31st December 2027 receive lifetime premium access as a thank you for supporting us during development.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Authentic Timer available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down for maintenance or updates.

We're not liable for any downtime, but we'll do our best to minimize disruptions and communicate any planned maintenance in advance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated terms and update the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Authentic Timer after changes means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

Authentic Timer is provided "as is". We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue occurred.
