The timer

Authentic Timer is a focus timer. It is free, with or without an account. There are no paid plans.

You must be at least 13 to use it.

Your account

An account needs an email and a password. Keep the password to yourself; what happens under the account is yours to answer for. The company may close an account that breaks these terms.

Fair use

Use it for your own work, with a team, or in a classroom. Do not overload it, break into it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful.

What belongs to whom

The words, the design and the software belong to Pristine Mekong Pte. Ltd.. The photographs belong to their photographers and are credited to them. The paintings are credited to Birmingham Museums Trust. The music belongs to its makers and plays from YouTube. You may use the timer; you may not copy or resell it.

The service

The company may change the timer, pause it, or stop it. It aims to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be there.

Liability

The timer is provided as it stands, without a warranty, to the extent Singapore law allows. To that same extent, the company is not liable for loss that comes from using it, such as a lost task or a missed session. Nothing here excludes a liability the law does not allow to be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

Singapore law governs these terms, and the courts of Singapore decide disputes. This takes away no right that a mandatory consumer law gives you.
