In one sentence
A session is twenty-five minutes of work, a 4-7-8 breath, five minutes of rest, then the same again.
How it works
The session
Press start. The default is twenty-five minutes of work and five minutes of break. Presets change those lengths. While a block runs, quiet time fades the digits and a thin arc fills instead. Hover or tap to see the clock. The last minute always shows the digits so the ending is never a surprise.
The breath
At the start of a break the timer offers a guided 4-7-8 exercise: four seconds in, seven held, eight out. Skip it and the break countdown starts immediately. The same exercise lives on its own at /breathe.
The done list
Write down what you finished, not what you still owe. Tasks can sit under a project. Completing a work block records a session if you are signed in.

Install it
In Chrome or Edge, the address bar offers “Install”. On a phone, use Add to Home Screen. The timer then opens without a browser chrome. The service worker keeps the shell available offline; photographs still need a network the first time.
